If you have issues after this time then please do get in touch and we&#8217;ll do our best to help. However, for returns requested outside of the 30 day period, we can&#8217;t guarantee we&#8217;ll be able to accept them. We evaluate these on an individual basis and if we feel we&#8217;re at fault (for example, if a product has stopped working as it should and we can&#8217;t recommend a solution), we&#8217;ll be happy to work with you to resolve any issues or concerns you may have.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<a role=\"heading\" aria-level=\"2\" tabindex=\"-1\"  id=\"fl-accordion--label-2\">Qui paie les frais de retour?<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<button type=\"button\" id=\"fl-accordion--icon-2\" aria-expanded=\"false\" aria-controls=\"fl-accordion--panel-2\"><i>Expand<\/i><\/button>\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Normally it would be you, the customer, who is responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
