A Small Production Hiccup: Here's What You Need to Know

To be fully transparent about a recent issue we’ve discovered in a small number of our Premium Range magnets.

We have noticed a temporary issue with the cutting process which has meant that some magnets may have rougher or less clean edges, or may be a little trickier to remove from the sheet than usual. We’ve already begun addressing this and are working hard to get everything back to the standards you've come to expect.

In the meantime, we’re hand-checking every sheet to catch anything that slips through. If you’ve received magnets that are difficult to remove or have noticeably rough edges, please don’t hesitate to get in touch and we’ll make it right.

To help ensure you get the cleanest edge possible, we recommend pushing the magnets out from the magnetic (black, non-sticky) side using your thumbs. This gives a much cleaner result. Please avoid pressing from the adhesive side, as this can cause rougher edges.

Please note: this issue only affects our Premium Range inner base magnets – our Standard Range magnets peel off the sheet in a different way and are unaffected.

As many of you know, this range is something we’re particularly proud of – we pioneered this specific magnet type for the wargaming community, designing them to fit perfectly inside hollow bases. Every sheet is die-cut in-house by our team, and quality has always been at the heart of everything we do.

We’re incredibly grateful for your continued support and understanding as we work through this small bump in the road. We remain committed to delivering the high quality you expect from us.

As always, a HUGE thanks from the WarMag Team.

Warm regards,
The WarMag Team
